YS Gan & Co was founded in October 2017. We aim to uphold professionalism and play the vital role in ensuring regulatory compliance among small-and-medium businesses.

While the firm has relatively short history, our team is blessed with passionate and experienced hires. We work innovatively within well-established processes and protocols to achieve accuracy, consistency and efficiency.

As of today, YS Gan & Co is serving more than 1000 SME clients spanning across property development, manufacturing, construction, small scale plantations, F&B, retail, etc. The firm currently employs close to 40 staff and has been accredited as one of the ACCA Platinum level approved employers since Dec 2021.

Usen founded YS Gan & Co in 2017 with a steadfast commitment to integrity and technical excellence. As a Chartered Accountant (MIA), a Fellow of ACCA, and a current member of the MIA Public Practice Committee, Usen remains at the forefront of regulatory standards and industry evolution in Malaysia.

Under his leadership, the firm has achieved rapid growth while maintaining full compliance with ISQM 1 & 2 – the international quality management standards for audit practices. This means every engagement at YS Gan & Co is governed by a structured system of quality control, from client acceptance through to final reporting. Usen believes that professional excellence is rooted in the competence of the team; he personally oversees the development of internal expertise, ensuring that YS Gan & Co attracts and retains top-tier talent. By building this professional capacity internally, he ensures the firm provides the reliable, fact-based reporting necessary to support our clients' organic expansion and long-term stability.
